Miss Mabel’s is a family owned, southern chicken joint and we know a thing or two about southern hospitality and fried chicken. Our namesake pays tribute to our loving great grandmother, known by the family as Gram, to some as Mrs. T, and by most: Miss Mabel.
Cafe du Wake is a market and coffee stand much like the French Cafés of New Orleans, Louisiana. We serve the finest coffee, Café au lait, cold brews, beignets, biscuits, croissants, breads and fresh squeezed juices.

MyWay is an all American hamburger joint inspired by the early to mid 21st century hamburger joints that flourished across the entire United States.
The burger stands that welcomed our soldiers home from WW1, WW2 and Korea. These restaurants included such stalwarts as Louis’ Lunch in New Haven, Pie ‘n Burger and the Rite Spot in Pasadena, O’Dell’s diner, and In N Out in LA, New York’s 21 Club, Kaelins’ from Louisville, the Varsity in Atlanta, Matt’s and the 5-8 Club in Minneapolis, Bill’s and Phillips from northern MS and good Ol’ Dyers from Memphis.
All of our beef is 100% certified Angus, and our all beef hotdog is custom made for us with an all natural casing.
A year after her stroke at age 79, Aunt Mary gave us her mint tea recipe and painted the labels for the tea containers. Aunt Mary has always been about giving and love and in that same spirit we donate 5% of our Aunt Mary’s Mint Tea sales to the American Stroke Association in her honor. We stand by the association’s mission to research, educate, and care for those affected by strokes. Aunt Mary’s Mint Tea is sold by all of our restaurant concepts.
